معاون پژوهشی پژوهشگاه زلزله با اشاره به بخشی از طرحهای پژوهشی که در
زمینه های زلزله شناسی و ژئوپلیتیک در این پژوهشگاه مطرح است گفت: طرح
توسعه مدل های کاهندگی امواج زلزله توسط محققان کشورمان در حال انجام است.
دکتر مهدی زارع در گفتگو با خبرنگار مهر افزود: پژوهش هایی که در پژوهشگاه
زلزله انجام می شود در زمینه های متعددی از جمله پژوهش های زمین شناسی،
زلزله شناسی و ژئوپلیتیک است و در این راه هر کدام از 40 عضو هیئت علمی در
موضوعات متعدد کار می کنند.
وی با اشاره به این نکته که ممکن است
نتیجه همه پژوهش هایی که در زمینه زلزله شناسی صورت می گیرد به طور مستقیم
قابل بیان نباشد، اضافه کرد: پروژه های تحقیقاتی متعدد در زمینه زلزله
شناسی و ژئوپلیتیک می تواند به دقت در پروژه های اقتصادی کمک کند.
زارع با اشاره به یکی از جدیدترین تحقیقات پژوهشگاه زلزله یادآور شد:
توسعه مدل های کاهندگی امواج زلزله در ایران یکی از جدیدترین تحقیقات در
این زمینه است که برای این کار مدل های جدیدی درست کرده ایم با این هدف که
بتوانیم به سرعت به کانون اصلی زلزله برسیم.
وی اضافه کرد: وقتی از کانون زلزله دور می شویم شدت زلزله کم می شود، این
موضوع تابع یک قانون فیزیکی است و این مدلها در پیدا کردن سریع کانون
زلزله مهم است.
معاون پژوهشگاه زلزله یادآور شد: این مدل ها به ویژه برای طراحی و مهندسی
زلزله اهمیت دارند تا پارامترهای دقیق تری در زمان زلزله گزارش شوند.
وی گفت: در زمینه پیش بینی زلزله هم در تهیه مدل های لرزه خیزی کارهایی
انجام شده است که با این کار می توان مدل های احتمالی لرزه خیزی را تشریح
کرد.
زارع خاطرنشان کرد: همچنین توانسته ایم مدل های آماری زلزله را تهیه کنیم
که البته این کار نیازمند اطلاعات بیشتر و دقیق تر است. در گامهای اولیه
تطبیق اطلاعات موجود با زلزله هایی که رخ داده صورت گرفته است و در مرحله
بعدی این مدلهای آماری را با داده های زمین شناسی تطبیق می دهیم.
وی تاکید کرد: زمینه های متعدد کارهای پژوهشی نیازمند سرمایه گذاری اولیه
است و در این راه به طور مثال وقتی نقشه گسلها تهیه می شود باید این نقشه
را با دیگر بخش هایی زمین شناسی و طرح های زلزله شناسی تطبیق داد به همین
علت اگر بخواهیم مطالعات دقیقی در زمینه زلزله شناسی انجام دهیم باید
انواع آزمایشها را با تحقیقات جدید هماهنگ کنیم.
